Our key holding and emergency response service is second to none. More residential and business premises are now taking advantage of this service for a number of reasons: Alarm activation, Personal attack alarm, Escort to staff members called out combined with health and safety.

The modern business of today should not be prepared to ask a member of their staff to go into what could, potentially, be a dangerous situation. We have highly skilled Mobile patrol officers who are individually trained to tackle any given situation that could arise due to an activation of your Intruder alarm system. We will liaise with the emergency services, alarm engineers and the client’s nominated emergency contact to ensure the situation is rectified to the client’s satisfaction.

With patrol vehicles all over Essex and surrounding areas we are never more than 20 minutes response time away. On arrival to site we would carry out a full external patrol checking for any signs of forced entry, enter the premises, deactivate the alarm system and investigate the area of activation. If all is well the alarm system will be reset and the premises fully secured. In the event of a break in, the police and client’s emergency contact will be informed. We will also deal with and arrange an engineer visit for a faulty alarm system and if boarding up of doors or windows is required. Under no circumstances would your premises be left unsecured, giving our client’s complete peace of mind.
